I bought 5 bags of red mulch at Home Depot the other day. When I got home and opened the bags they smelled so bad I had to ****** why they smelled so bad. All of the bags literally smelled like urine! The next day I went to Menards and bought 5 more bags of red mulch and they didn't smell and the mulch was actually red. From what I read on the internet, the bags I bought at Home Depot smelled due to poor oxygen (how it was stored) and it was probably already rotting. Home Depot's Sub Contractors are using the sales order to do a bait and switch for installation. I purchased a Gazebo online and paid $200 for the install at the time of the order. *********** *** was assigned the install. After I received my order but couldn't get anyone from *********** *** to respond to my request for an installation date, I called Hope Depot. i bought windows in **** from home depot. Bought for **** dollars and a lifetime guarantee.With a tranferable guarantee if I sold .My window upstairs is ***** and gas is leaking.They are giving me the run a rounds.They want me to call the manufacter .After several attempts are driving me insane. I received a letter from home depot it seems a tainee wrote it. No mangers name or branch managers it seems like a grammar school level letter

I am so very offended and totally livid by the way I have been treated by Home Depot! I ordered a refrigerator that was delivered last Wednesday but the delivery man stated that the entrance way to my basement was too small and that I would need to remove the ******** and the wooden door frame. They brought a refit hat was beat up and refused to leave it. Then told me it would be a few weeks. Now no one will tell me when or even what is happ and now they hang up on me when I call. My house is a mess and cant put it back together til I get a refrigerator. This is the worst place I have ever had to do business with

I placed an order for a complete patio door on December 17, 2021. The product was fully paid as they will not place the order unless it is fully paid. I was promised that the door would be installed on January 26, then changed it to February 11, then to February 26, then to March 1 and finally was installed on March but the screen door was missing. It took a year but Home Depot finally the windows in my house that I ordered back in June but they have not been signed off yet my permit has failed one day inspector came to inspect it and Home Depot has not gotten back to me they promise theyre gonna send somebody but they do nothing

I live in ******************* so this review is for the Home Depot Services that fulfills in that area. I have been waiting for a year for a window I ordered with Home Depot, through Home Depot Serivces, based in ********. The original window I ordered was manufactured, shipped and then lost. They had to reorder the window once they discovered they lost it and they never called to make me aware of this. I wanted to purchase doors for my home, after multiple trips to speak with the department, a measurement was scheduled. I took a half day off work for this measurement. The scheduler called to confirm the appointment and informed me that the people doing the job would not be able to be there in my timeframe. I cancelled the appointment. But because I didn't immediately schedule a new appointment they sent the workers anyway and charged me for a measure that never happened. I will not be working with them again.
