Tried to purchase a not inexpensive air conditioner from their website for $359, but when adding the item, it will only add to the shopping cart at $399. I'll gladly tell you what I think of The Home Depot. We build houses for a living and we've spent loads of money here but no more! I ordered a sink, and after not being able to wait any longer we went elsewhere to purchase a sink to finish the house, Home depots sink finally arrives, but was too late so I call them to return, after wasting a ridiculous amount of time and I still never received *** code via email, I've been calling, wasting even more of my time only to be hung up on. I purchased a refrigerator and it was delivered to my home. I noticed a small piece of plastic on the top of the refrigerator but i did not think anything abou it. I have had this product for less than 30 days and i have been calling to complain over the last week about my new GE refrigerator after I noticed that my refrigerator is pealing. Jan I ordered a shed from Home Depot and wanted certain things like horizontal siding instead of vertical siding. The paper work described the siding as siding only, I made several calls to Tuff Shed and to Home Depot to make sure i was getting what I wanted, They assured me I was getting horizontal siding, The shed came and when I saw the siding was not horizontal I told them to not set it up. My elderly disabled parents purchased a ******************* rang from Home Depot 6 months ago. Since they have owned it it has gone haywire on several occasions where none of the buttons work and it will not shut off. This presents a significant fire hazard. I place a call to Home Depot and after navigating through there awful automated system I was finally put through. If I could do negative stars I would! Ordered a refrigerator, washer and dryer on 5/27/22, for delivery on 6/22/22. On 6/22 received a call from delivery man saying he was 20 mins away......nobody ever showed! I called the customer ********************** for deliveries and they said to wait until ****, they'd be back. At 1pm, still no appliances. I called the drivers cell a few times more, no answer. you shouldnt have to wait for a month to receive your refund. Ordered a 10 x 12 shed. What was delivered was a 10 x 4 shed. So I refused the delivery. June 12, 2022. Cant speak to anyone that knows whats going on. They just keep passing the buck to another department.
