I had bought a new storm door and followed the steps to get a credit for applying for credit with 6 months interest free, that I really did not need. well I was approved and after 2 months, making payment from each month's statement and I still did not get that dollar back for opening the account. Completely incompetent and absolutely atrocious customer ************************ ordered a stove online. A week later they just showed up without notice and called me like "we have your stove. They have no respect for their credit card holders we paid our card in full and they wouldn't give us cash back on a return we have to spend the cash at there store like it or not they stink.

I had ordered a freezer and they did not call to tell me when it was being delivered. I was at work and the men who delivered it left the freezer in my front yard. This was in ****** ******** my first and last dealing with this company. I found this very unprofessional and all it would have needed to happen was communication.

I placed a work order for duct cleaning service via their Home Services service.The contract for service was sent by email the same day stating the agreed date and time for service. 6 working days later I received a phone call confirming service for the agreed date & time. 4 days later I spent the morning preparing for duct cleaning as per requirements listed for the afternoon service. Worst customer ********************** ever.It seems they have a no knock policy. They come to your house and they leave a note telling you that that they were there to deliver your appliance but they don't knock or ring your door ****. Is this some kind of racket?You just can't make this stuff up. It was all caught on my ring. Who are these people. Afraid to let them in my home.

Online order returns have eaten up all our time. We're at our wits end with this! There is always a technical issue that prevents us from returning items bought online. We've waited countless hours in-store just waiting at the return desk. We've had to just leave whole returns and go home, trusting they refund it all once tech support fixes the issue that NEVER gets fixed all the way! I've had it up to here. We bought a washing machine from Home Depot and were supposed to have it installed with our old machine removed. Apparently, the company they use is knowingly unreliable with poor performance and yet they continue to use this company for their installs. We had to return the washer because the company refused to take our old washer at the time of delivery. We now have to look for a new store to purchase all over again, which is a waste of our time.
