On 6-16-2022, I order from Home Depot online, 5-Piece Wilshire Heights Cushioned Cast and Woven Back All Aluminum outdoor dining set with SunBrella Bliss Sand Cushion, I received confirmation that it was shipped, and arrived on 6-24-2022. ***RETURN POLICY IS A SCAM, THEY ONLY WANT TO GIVE STORE CREDIT, NOT $ BACK ******Customer ********************** is rude, I called 6 times about a refund for a returned item.I was hung up on and given the complete runaround. I paid with combo credit card and gift card. I should have received refund combo credit card/gift card. Company kept trying to refund full amount in store credit. I ordered a mini split air conditioning kit from Home Depot. I had it shipped to the store. I picked it up and because of the state of the world right now, I was unable to find anyone to install it. It sat in the box in my garage until a couple of weeks ago, because I couldn't find an HVAC person to install it. I went into their store in ******** ** on 7/15. I was looking for a specific item and there was none in stock. I looked on line and its said I could have home delivery on 7/16. Having had an issue with Home Depot not delivering when the said they would a couple months ago I went to their customer ********************** desk to ensure I could get the delivery date it said online. Ordered a refrigerator on 6/16/22, it was to be delivered on 6/22. The delivery team came with a refrigerator with multiple dents. We patiently wait for 2 weeks for a 2nd refrigerator to be delivered on 7/7. The delivery team came with another refrigerator with a major dent. The delivery team is very quick to point out to us where the damage was even before they pull the refrigerator out of the truck. We waited another week for delivery. Home Depot denied me available military discount because I refused to provide them copies of government issued military documents to prove military status (military ID and/or ID.ME were not accepted by Home Depot as methods of verifying military status). Military members are strongly advised against / not authorized to provide copies of military documents to other parties. My husband and I replaced the windows in our home in 3 phases with the last phase installed in February 2022. The installer noticed some errors after the last 5 windows were installed and that he would order the corrections needed. We waited a while and had not heard anything from Home Depot regarding the windows being corrected to be told no order had been placed.
