Terrible experience. I ordered 18 custom blinds well advance of my target installation date (2 months before) and have them to shipped to a local Home Depot store to pick them up. It took about two weeks for them to make the blinds and ship to the store, and when I went there to pick them up they only had ********************************** to check the ones I already picked up and come back. I purchased 3 Rhododendrons which died 60 days later. I attempted to return them in the 90 return policy my refund was refused.Terrible manager in the garden center. I had the Home Depot proof of purchase receipt, and a printout of the charge from my credit card showing the Home Depot charge.I spent ****** for plants that died. I had flooring that I bought three to four months ago. I was told by the salesperson that I could leave it there for up to a year. I went to check on it the other day and they said they put it back. I've been paying interest on this for the last 3 months and they never even told me that I only had 30 days to pick it up. I had multiple phone calls from home Depot asking about the status of the order, even after the 30 days. I told the lady that I was not ready to pick it up yet and she said that was fine. Will never purchase a Frigidaire Refrigerator from Home Depot. Purchase a Refrigerator from home depot with extended warranty in 2019 in 2021 the Freezer went out the technician came out an repaired. June 16,2021 it happen again they don't want to replace they want to continue to fix on it which doesn't make sense they have had several recalls on other models. Ordered dryer JUNE 4th, full payment taken JUNE 6Th, was supposed to be delivered 3 different times and no showed up or called, I left work early each time to be home for delivery, The delivery service made up a lie that they try to deliver but only a child was at home!! An order that I placed in May but still has not been delivered, has an item that is reduced in price currently. I requested a price match for store credit for the difference since I haven't even received the item yet. The rep contacted a supervisor and was told no. Nothing can be done except cancel the order and re-order with the new price. This is ridiculous. During the end of June 2022 after looking online, I walked in to purchase a **** Deere riding lawnmower. After talking to customer ********************** about the mower I was informed that it just showed up and had not been assembled yet but it was the only one in stock. Well let's start out by saying this business does not care about customers or service. They are in business to s**** you. Bought all new cabinets. That all came in damaged. Called said I want a refund. They said the don't except return because they were special orders. They said they would get replacement. Regarding the **********, ******* store -Negative stars Will never do business with this company again approx. $ ********* paid in full for 3 exterior doors and 14 months later they still have not completed the job! Has nothing to do with the supply chain and has everything to do with people knowing what to order for the doors to be installed! Store manger is has zero customer ********************** skills!Calls never returned!No offers or promises to make the situation right! Buyers beware and be prepared to wait!
