Home Depot employee assaulted my son on Thursday morning, 7/15/22. This was reported to manager, as well as corporate. Woman from ******* called my son regarding this incident. Friday night, my son was instructed to not come in to work that night while this was being investigated. I gave them 1 star because there is no zero star option. Buying a range from Home Depot was probably the worst decision I've ever made. The range itself and the buying of it was painless enough, but the delivery, installation, and haul away were a nightmare. Installer had inadequate tools to disconnect/connect the existing range and new range. I bought a refrigerator from Home Depot. They gave me a delivery window. When they called it was outside of the window and I was attending a funeral. They came anyway, and when it arrived I had someone go to the house and the fridge was all dented. So it got returned and I was told it would be another month. Today it was supposed to come during the window. No one ever called to alert me of the delivery, once again it was not in the window specified. No one was home and they left. Their store overcharged me for a delivery fee and continue to string me along regarding getting my refund. I have called their customer ********************** multiple times to get this resolved and told I need to go into the store. I have been in the store three times now, and they are still having IT issues and cant give me my money that is owed to me. If they can overcharge my card, they should be able to issue me a refund!

Avoid ordering appliances from Home Depot especially online and at the ************** location at ***************************************************. On June 25, 2022, I ordered a cooktop online and decided I wanted gas instead of electric. I attempted to return the cooktop at the Home Depot in ********** on July 1, 2022 the same day it was delivered. Issue: Cancellation delivery two times by Home Depot. I contacted HD over five times adding up to over 4 hours. This is for a delivery with an incorrect delivery address for dishwasher and refrigerator. Three times calling, the address remained incorrect. Because they said, the address remains incorrected, they had to reschedule the delivery. Timeline: online order placed first week of July 2022. Delivery set for July 14. Home Depot installed our floor 8 months ago, placing wood flooring in front of the dishwasher. We ordered a new dishwasher one month ago and they tell us we need to get a handyman to rip up the floor and take out the dishwasher so they can install the new dishwasher and then we need a handyman to reinstall our floor. They are unreasonable and refuse to come out and do it themselves since they created this problem.

I've been on hold for most of the last two hours and still counting. I ordered $1500 of steel shelving. Home Depot claims its already been delivered!!!!!!! Their phone service is atrocious. The people seem like they care, but calls get dropped. No answers are forthcoming.Stay away from Home Depot if you value your sanity *****************

TERRIBLE DELIVERY PERSONNEL!Delivery men handled my $4,000 refrigerator very roughly through the front door (it miraculously avoided being damaged). Did not speak or understand English very well so it was nearly impossible to tell them to be more gentle.They were also misinformed regarding Home Depot's damaged/defective return policy so I'm sure they are misinforming every person they deliver to.
