We ordered a new $1148 ** dryer, including delivery and installation, from Home Depot. We also paid for them to haul away our old dryer. When the dryer was delivered, the delivery man said he did not install dryers, nor would he haul away the old dryer. He dumped the dryer in our entrance way a floor below the laundry room. It took numerous lengthy calls with two different Home Depot stores to finally get an appointment to have someone come out and install the dryer, and it could not be scheduled for more than a month after ... read more

I ordered six bags of garden soil on 1 July 2022 and was delighted when an email said the delivery would be made the same day. Nine days later I was still waiting for the delivery, so I tried the on-line customer assistant. They referred me to the store that was supposed to make the delivery. Paid for someone at Home Depot to come out and quote. Certain requirements about the job didn't make it into the quote like taking out the old flooring that 'wasn't visible'. Ordered flooring and installation in March, and I wasn't allowed to see the contract until I had paid. This should have been my first red flag. By the time the first set of installers come, the time limit to dispute the charge on my credit card had elapsed. I made full payment for garage storage installation and overhead storage in February 2022 I was told the job would be done in May. Finally in June a service was scheduled only to find out many parts were missing and things were needed to be ordered again. I ordered a stove almost 2 weeks ago and delivery was yesterday from 3-7 they said here it is next day not 1 call yesterday bout them running late , not gonna make it , today I spoke to a person they said where we live is a area they dont come much well when I placed a delivery to home and wasnt made it should be made on next delivery day , it was on there truck so why take it off and put back in storage for another 2 weeks and expect a customer to go a month with no stove this is not professional and for myself to miss a da... read more

I ordered a gallon of cedar tone deck stain on-line for home delivery. I received redwood. I've tried calling the numbers listed for both Home Depot on-line and my closest Home Depot store to find out what my options are for refund/replacement. After I got past the automated answering and response at both numbers, I never did get to talk to a real person--11 1/2 minutes of listening to their shopping, loading, etc. suggestions on their corporate line, but never a person to address my problem. If I could give a negative star I would, I have NOT had a great experience with this company and suggest that everyone stays away! I bought a Washer/Dryer to be delivered on 7-5 and got a call that day that the logistics company they hire to deliver had NO drivers that day so they wanted to reschedule me for over a week later. Booked HD for a single window job (job ********) Paid $308 up front to initiate job. Was ignored for more than 3 weeks (no one else came out to start the job or even re-measure the window, like the rep who came to my home, promised when he took my card payment on his tablet).
