I reserved a Rear tine Rototiller form their ****************** it made an appointment for pick up and a confirmation number. When I went to pick up the unit I was informed that you can only pick up this Item with a trailer and that and a** would not be able to help load. I ordered floor sealer in 6/20/2022 online which said it would be delivered by 6/28/2022. My husband recently had his foot amputated so my son planned his vacation to come out and help with the floor. Our sealer was never shipped until the 28th. Since then we learned the product was shipped from *********. My son lives in ********* and could have picked up the project before driving out to ********. This has been a total nightmare. So my wife and I drove to *******************, they did not have the Bosh dishwasher we wanted in stock and couldnt get until September, ***** in appliances talked us into ordering a Maytag with same specifications that we could get on May 2nd, as it was in stock. Now after 3 months of waiting and contacting Store managers and customer ********************** they keep moving delivery date up 2 days so it doesnt fall in there 72 hour cancellation promise. Buyer beware on Home Depot: They do not honor prices on sold items!!! I recently purchase 3 water heaters that were discounted. paid for them, waited 2 days for them to come.After various calls and hours waiting on hold. They finally told me that the order was a mistake and they would not honor the price nor offer any discounts or concessions. I ordered a Frigidaire refrigerator from the home depot website. I knew they had a 48 hour return policy but assumed everything would work out fine. Things are not fine with the fridge. After using the appliance for more than 48 hours, I've come to realize that food items will freeze if the air circulation vent on the top shelf is blocked. This issue requires very careful placement of items on that shelf to keep food items from freezing throughout the fridge. I have been a lifelong Home Depot customer but after my experience yesterday I will NEVER shop there again.We had an appliance being delivered yesterday- long story short it never came and it was never even attempted. The delivery man LIED and said he had attempted delivery - meanwhile our cameras, our eyes, and our dog know otherwise.The status of the order went from One stop away to arrived with no one there. I purchased brand new , $1000.00 dishwasher and I want a brand new dishwasher. It may not seem like a lot to some , but its a lot to me as I work hard for my money. The dishwasher I purchased was supposed to be set up and installed as I have paid for set up and removal of old appliance. Both has not been done. I have purchased many items from Home Depot and for the most part if there was a problem it would be handled. However, I purchased a new GE wall oven and with it I purchased the 5 year protection plan. I started having issues with the display being off, then I could not turn the oven off.
