They sold me a defective ******* microwave. I didn't install it until the 3rd day after delivery because I had to have an electrician install a dedicated circuit for the microwave (per code). Once that was completed I installed the microwave and found it was defective. I called Home Depoe and spoke with the manager who basically told me tough luck, and they have nothing to do with the appliances you BOUGHT FROM THEIR STORE past 48 hours after initial delivery. HD ********* on ************* had reservation for equipment cancelled reservation last minute. Took money in advance - well beyond rental rate. When I tried to speak to representative was hung up on 3 times. This is a week after I drove there because the rental agent mislead me. Just wish they would actually supply customer ********************** rep that will not hang up on those trying to resolve issues. Going to Lowes from now on. I would give a 0 if I could. On 8/09/2021, I ordered custom kitchen cabinet ************** fronts from Home Depot, **********, **; although, I think customer ********************** ended up out of ************, **. Home Depot required upfront $13,000 before ordering. It took three installations before job was completed in May, 2022. The first installation (December, 2021) only 20% of doors/drawers were correct. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a major company. From the jump they didn't set the proper expectations with the installation of my kitchen and bathroom tiles. I'm trying to reach the office of the president for my experience. The plumber came today to unhook the toilet and he mentioned I needed to have something fixed outside and he can charge me $250.00. Never again will I provide homedepot with my money. First we went in store ( February) to purchase a refrigerator and washer and dryer. After explaining to the associate that we were transition to this state and working out a day for delivery because we are not fully moved. I purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot. I was given a June 1st Delivery Date. I took off time from work. I received an email and text saying that they were coming. They never came. Then I was told it would be June 9th. I took off part of the day for the delivery. It never came. They said they couldn't find the refrig. Then they gave me a date of 6/20/22. I received a delivery and installation of a new refrigerator/freezer 6/20/22. The delivery team consisted of 2 young men who were pleasant and efficient in delivery and installation. My neighbor told me this morning, 6/21/22 that the delivery men dumped garbage--about 10 bottles and cans, pizza and chicken wrappers and boxes in the ***** next to her house.
