Closet installation was to be done September 2021. They never communicated with me until May 2022.Numerous miscommunications were subsequently made with no follow up.When the closet was finally installed the installer stole $500 worth of materials from my house.Also the measurements for the closet were not accurate so the closet does not fit properly in the space. The situation is not resolved.
Very rude, dishonest, not very professional, and they don't want to take responsibility for their own mistakes. They demanded to take down our storm door that we paid for on our property. They kept harassing us and blaming us for their mistakes.
Too may lies. I ordered online two items for in store pickup (LIE by website). Only when the email stating the items were ready for pickup was I notified that one of the items was to be delivered to my door in a week (LIE).I talked to a phone rep about the item still out for delivery. He claimed to look up the ***** freight shipping and determined the item was never picked up (LIE) and issued a credit (LIE). If I could leave a zero I would. I purchased a patio set on May 19th along with an umbrella and umbrella stand. The umbrella stand and umbrella were the first items to be delivered with no issue. The next items to be delivered were the six chairs but with no table. I gave it a few days and called Home Depot to check on the status. I ordered 2 rolls of artificial grass on the 29th of May. I got a noticed via email that it was going to be delayed and that it would be delivered on June 5th. Since it was a large article we stayed home that day to receive the delivery. Theft is crazy right now anyways!! It was never delivered!! My wife and I ordered some storm doors, paid in full more than a month ago. A few days ago we contacted Home Depot to check the status of our installation. We were told that the doors were in. Outrageous, no installation on a dishwasher when it clearly states that the purchase includes installation and running the machine to make sure it is in working order! What type of lazy company does not follow through with an installation of an item that was purchased from them- they left us with a bunch of wires and tubes to be attached and said have a nice day! Terrible experience with Home Depot. Incompetent store management and delivery people. Heres what happened: We purchased a water heater from Home Depot and it was scheduled to be delivered on Friday. The delivery truck was running late and we agreed that it was fine for them to deliver it before 9 AM the following morning. When it did not show up at nine we called both the driver and Home Depot. Delivery personnel is not reliable . I was told a delivery and set up time for a washer and dryer. I got an arrival time via text and I stayed there all day waiting . Total no show . I was told at 6:30 pm , when I called , The delivery guys marked it down as I was not home when they attempted to deliver . No notes were added . I have cameras at my house and can prove they never entered my drive or even drove on my street . They lied and now they dont have a redelivery time for two more weeks .
