I placed order with Home Depot today around 1pm for $80.73. Received first call from at 1:16pm saying the available quantity on the website was incorrect, but i would be able to get 1/2 of the light bulbs i ordered. Received second call from same number saying none of my order would be available for the foreseeable future. I receive a text at 1:32pm saying my refund would be issued in 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. I had purchased a washer and dryer. It came very damaged and I refused the order. I had decided to cancel due to this reason and I am having trouble getting my money back. I have been told it would take 5 days. Know they tell me I have to go to the store to get the refund. Wow this is a flim flam to me I will never purchase anything from there

Did the online order, with a scheduled home delivery set up. The window given was 6am to 8pm. Waited all day, no show. Spoke to a manager who told me someone was supposed to call me at 8 am to tell me they couldnt deliver. No call was made to inform me. When I asked for a smaller window for a subsequent delivery, this manage told me he couldnt do that since a third party carrier controlled all deliveries. Do yourself a favor, dont bother with any Home Depot online or in person delivery scheduling. They just wont/cant deliver... read more

I'd like to share what has been my experience purchasing a dishwasher from Home Depot.1. May 1st- Purchase date 2. May 6th- Arrived for install. Cant install, Dented appliance.3. May 7th- Arrived for install (we didn't schedule), didnt have right tools but said a specialist would come.4. I too made the mistake of using Home Depot to order appliances. I purchased them in January 2022 and it has been a nightmare! The first delivery came with a heavily damaged appliance and the delivery service and Home Depot told me I could not refuse delivery and that I had to contact the vendor. The vendor referred me back to Home Depot. I finally, after phone calls to all three and getting the runaround from all of them, got a replacement, which was not functional. Would not recommend anyone to shop with any store that uses NSD as their delivery service. NSD is a terrible delivery service company. I ordered a patio section from Home Depot and it was scheduled to be delivered. Waited the entire day and received no contact from NSD like I was told I would. I had to reach out to them to be told that the address was not able to be found and that they needed to reschedule delivery. We had the pleasure of dealing with **** at Home Depot on Eglinton East. We were looking for appliances. **** was very professional from start to finish. We were ****** impressed with the manner in which **** dealt with us. He gave us the space we required to make the best decision. We ordered $800 worth of patio chairs front Home Depot **** ** ************ location. They were delivered with a very damaged box. Once we were able to put them together they were damaged and the bolts to put them together were missing. When we called to complain the store manager ******* said it was not thier problem since *** delivered the chairs. We would have to bring them back ourselves and file a claim with ***. My elderly parents bought windows and had them installed by ********** The windows have a lifetime replacement for broken windows. In August 2021, they filed a claim for breakage. The horrible way they have been treated is disgusting. While being assured they would be called back, they have had to call every time.
