Won't pick up my item. I've call 100 times, no response, phone disconnects everytime.They lied and said they have called me twice. I have emailed over 30 times. No pick up date given to me. I've spoken to home depot over 10 times. Home depot has *** no help. They keep passing the buck to NSD. As a customer that received defective merchandise for ******, order number , I shouldn't have to be put through this to have my item returned.

I purchased a ******* Kitchen suite (4 appliances) from The Home Depot. I live about 15 miles from ********* *********. Its 112 miles from my home to *******. The dishwasher that I purchased began leaking about a month after it was installed. I phoned the ******* number that I had in case of warranty work and all seemed fine. Home Depot in Cornwall has never had the best customer **********************, or enough employees. Went in there today to purchase some items so that a dying family member could be released from hospital. After looking for an associate in the lumber section for 10 minutes, I finally found someone but it "isn't my department, I'll call help for you." I waited another 10 minutes, nothing. Lack of customer ********************** and overdependence on outsourcing make Home Depot the most frustrating company to work with. Dryer delivery was late, delivery team damaged dryer and was hung up on three times when contacting their customer ********************** line. Elected to go onsite to the school and learned that their processes do NOT allow employees the authority to satisfy customer's need. I had carpet installed from home depot over a year ago and I started seeing ripples in the carpet in the living room and then the dining room. I contacted home depot and they said that is not covered under their warranty. I would need to contact someone about having it stretched. Now I have had carpet installed a few times and not one time did I see ripples. I for some reason chose to go to home depot and for the first time I have ripples. Last May I got a Home Depot credit card, purchased a dishwasher and paid Home Depot for the install. They sent someone to install it but it was not done properly and it caused the dishwasher to leak to my neighbor below. I had to pay a $1000 deductible to my insurance because damages were about $3500 which doesn't include the time both myself and my poor cat had to live with the horribly loud restoration equipment.
