My complaint is against the Home Depot in ************, **. Regrettably, we decided to use them to undertake a full kitchen renovation. I ordered a fridge through the website and knew delivery dates would be long. We waited patiently and the evening before the expected delivery date they canceled my delivery because the delivery address was incorrect. I reached out to them that evening and was repeatedly told they couldn't change the address. AT BEST, they submitted a ticket, and it would take 24 hours to resolve. Placed order for patio furniture online, paid $1062 on February 22 2022. Home Depot says the furniture was delivered in March but all I got was 4 cushion covers, no furniture or cushions - very uncomfortable. After many calls Home Depot says I may get the furniture 3 months after the order was paid for. Speedy.

Paid over $9000 for cabinet make over. On March 9 came out to install new fronts. Removed a shelf from inside cabinet and they were not to do anything inside. Put on one broken door. I have called so many times and get automated answering machine says will call back. Never call back. Have spoken to person only about 4 times receive only excuses and false promises to bring new door out. They did put ion new shelf almost 30 days later. I had issues with both Home Depot online services and the store located *******************************. I ordered patio furniture on 4/10. It was supposed to be delivered on 4/25. It did not come. I called and had to open up a ticket. Someone was supposed to get back to me within 48 hours. Nobody did. I called them and after many lame excuses, I found out that the delivery company had gone bankrupt and they had no idea when my furniture would ship. Im a contractor and spend thousands of dollars a month. I normally shop at lowes but I thought Id give Home ********************** a shot. My first trip in was for lock sets. I needed all interior and exterior sets. I ask to have them keyed alike but had to come back on Saturday because the only guy they have only works weekends. My next trip was horrible. I purchased a ******* Pro 780 wifi pellet grill and smoker. After it was delivered, I started looking through the materials and instructions I realized it was missing the drip pan and liner, the drip bucket, and the meat temperature probe. I called the store (#**** S. *********, **) and was told that they had these items and I could come down and pick them up. Home depot is scamming people. They made me use their so called tech to measure my house for flooring in order for them to do the installation then when I ordered the vinyl flooring after I picked it up and payed for it they conveniently didn't tell me they no longer had an installer for that so not only did I have to find someone else to install it when the installer came he told me they had sold me 3 times too much for the space and after they had finished I went back to the store to try to get a refund on the unused porti... read more

I purchased 3 Milwaukee 21 piece hole saw kits, in May 2nd 2022. Delivery was scheduled for today, the home depot app stated my item was returned. I called, they said wrong price charged, no correspondence, nothing. I waited 7 days only to have my item returned based on their error. Extremely unethical
