I selected one star because zero was not an option. I agree with the others here that this company is a scam and hiding behind their outsourced companies. They told me my product was delivered at 1:30 and it is not here. We were home and would have known if something arrived. When we called, home depot said they can't help us because they can't prove we didn't receive it. That is true but they will understand when the credit card dispute comes through. Never have I had some a bad experience as I have lately with the ******** ** Home Depot. From The aggressive/rude lady at the return desk. To now another failed encounter at the return desk. They sold me defective equipment, and would allow me to return it. A common subfloor, that they said was special order. Not even store credit. I will never be back to Home Depot in ******** **

This review will **** the end of any future business for any home depot. As promised on the phone, I am a man of my word and here's your review.First.. it is a testimony to the glory of *********************** that this story ends with a local getting my money and a chance to interact in my community.A week searching for a tractor that could be delivered and was enough for my land. I went to the ********** ** location. i was harassed in the store and because i'm a woman, they called me sweetie and honey constantly. I got my **** slapped and when i went to customer ********************** to ask where something was, the male worker said "oh honey, this isn't a craft store"... i was looking for wood glue! I would give an even lower star of it was possible. They are ripping off their customers, I will never buy an appliance here and lost definitely NEVER buy their service plan. I bought a dishwasher ,it was installed incorrectly and the pipe leaks and now they want me to use the service plan and call the vendors they have as part of service plan who say its not their problem and refuse to come and even look at the problem. Stay AWAY from Home Depot! I bought a washer and dryer tower and the guys that delivered them refused to install them because according to them I needed to get an extension for the dryerso they left the washer and dryer and I had to reschedule the installation for the following week. If I could a 1/4 of a star, I would. To say that this has been the absolute worst experience in my purchasing life does not do this debacle justice. I ordered a dishwasher on April 10 and the ineptness started at that moment. Despite coming in to the store with photos and a schematic, the employee sold me a dishwasher that would not work. I did not know this until it was delivered, when the employees took one look at the kitchen and said it needed their plumber. I had two projects with Home Depot. One was a kitchen refacing and the other was the creation of a beverage bar in my living room. The kitchen refacing went OK, but I am still waiting to turn on my lights. I am 70 years old and the undercount light plug into outlets positioned in the back of upper cabinets... I have to climb onto a chair or stool and plug and unplug them every time need light. I can't use my kitchen desk for this reason. My vision requires good lighting... and I don't feel comfortable climbing into the cabin... read more

I had scheduled for my appliances to be delivered Saturday 05/07/2022. At the last minute my phone rings an Automated voice tells me my appliances won't come until 05/13/2022 and no specific time. When I make a call they tell me someone already setup time and there's nothing else to be done. My schedule has already been altered and this is Mother's Day weekend. I'm still waiting to confirm a time, today is the 12th. They need to train customer ********************** better. Sad / and Aggregated.
