INCOMPETENT, DESTRUCTIVE, DISHONEST -- Home Depot contracted Stone interiors, LLC as its service provider to install quartz countertops in my kitchen. This company is so incompetent that they literally ruined the product I paid for. In addition, they left exposed razor blades in my kitchen, damaged a $2000 console, and refuse to admit liability. I went to the Home Depot store in ************* and bought a range and a microwave and paid for delivery, installation, and haul away. The microwave was installed using **************** improperly and the range was bent so I declined and requested a new one that wasn't bent. I called Home Depot to complain about the microwave being hung using **************** and hung wrong. Home Depot said they would fix it. Home Depot is so bad anymore. I purchased $270 of tile. I used a $70 gift card for part of it and $201 cash. Trying to return $50 worth of tile and they are denying return. They tell me that because I used a gift card it's in eligible for a return! Where is the sense in that? They have lost another customer!

Ive had an awful experience with this company and the issue has been going on for close to 1 year. My backsplash was installed and looks horrendous, they were supposed to send someone out to redo and that person retired then the new crew that was scheduled never showed up after Id taken the day off to wait for someone. Ive made several calls and have yet to hear back while I have to deal with my kitchen looking like trash. I was supposed to receive a delivery of a washer and dryer from Home Depot, originally purchased on May 7th or 8th, the first available date they had was close to a week later. So the day came for the delivery, mind you My wife and I both work Full time jobs, and have a kiddo in Kindergarten. We have recently moved in addition, so we've been withouta washer or dryer for well over 2 weeks at this point. I placed a special order for windows. After waiting 8 weeks we got something completely different than what was requested. The store placed the order completely wrong but claims because we didn't understand the jargon on the order form they will take no responsibility to help us fix or replace the windows which look awful (they are literally white with black 'jail bars' going across, no one would ever order windows like this). Home Depot is a scamster. They don't honor their own policies. Bought ******* Refridgerator for $2599, which was available outside for more than $1000 less (in ******* ******* product site itself, etc.. priced at $1999.99). When I asked them to price match, they blatantly refused and gave all sorts of lame excuses like - " We don't match warehouse prices", "We don't honor product sites" (can you believe it!!) .. they said that they don't honor the product supplier prices itself who they purchased from!! I ordered lumber, paint and peripherals to redo the ramp and deck to my home. Took a week and a half to get delivered and the day finally came. First they delivered only the lumber, nothing else. Then I find out the ******. ** store pushed the order off on the ******, ** store. So I call and they say will bring it sometime the next day.
