Homedepot flat out lied to us about what type of connector a gas dryer has. They told me that all they could connect was a 1/2" X 1/2" fitting to the dryer. All dryers use a 3/8" X 3/8 connector. Therefore Homedepot never intended to install our gas dryer because all they have sent out to connect all gas dryers is one that does not purposely work. They lie about installing gas dryers because they never intended to do it anyway. This is fraud and they know it.
ThEEE!!! Absolute Worst Curbside Service of any of all stores. Today marks about the 3rd time and about as many months, "Check in" in the curbside app and sit and the designated parking spot for 20 to 30 minutes and no one brings me out my order. Checked in the phone app about 3 times the ************************************************** my order, so once again I ended wasting my time and cancelling the order. This is my most recent experience with the Home Depot in ************ ********. I recently purchased a new washing machine and set up delivery. Today was the day the washing machine was to be delivered to my home. I invited the crew into my home to show them The location of the washing machine. Home Depot *****. Paid ****** to reface kitchen cabinets, get countertops and backsplash in Aug 2021. Work was done in Nov 2021. The job was a s*** job. My granddaughter could have done better. No one would call me back. Sent an email to executive office and then I finally got a call. 2 bosses came to my house. Said they needed to rip out what was done and correct the job. I've been waiting around for 4 hours on a deliver that I received a call on at 8:30 AM. Followed up with them at 9:30 AM and was told they were held up, but on the way, followed back up at 11:00 AM and was informed that the driver called out sick and the first 2 representatives must not have done enough diligence on their end. Now my delivery is delayed for another 4 days and I'm going to have to go through this ordeal again with them. Purchased 2 sliding patio doors, & 1 entry door from Home Depot-************. We also purchased installation from them. Service warranty on the product they sell is the worst. I purchase a ** refrigerator from. I have been with out a refrigerator for almost a month. They only use one service provider to repair and they came out two times and the unit is yet to be repaired. I have called their so call warranty which is not because the unit is still sitting in my home because now they have to do a 10 day review to see if they are going to replace or give me my money back. its 90 plus degrees where I live in south ga and this is really awful not... read more
Home Depot as a whole has been the worst buying experience I have ever had in my life. They sell appliances as in stock when in fact they are on backorder. I ordered a washer and dryer, both supposed to be delivered today. The night before I get an email that the washer is pushed out until June 25th, nearly a MONTH later. Then i get an email stating my dryer would be delivered between 3pm and 7pm today but they actually showed up at 130pm with a BROKEN dryer.
