I ordered a huge order, over 10k worth of product. It was suppose to be delivered January 28. The orders were split up into three, thats a personal problem. I ordered everything in one order. So I should have received it in one order or delivery. But anywho, one delivery never made it. Scheduled delivery day was Friday, no one could attend to these deliveries. On June 11, 2022, my family went to return a toilet that was purschased on 5/22/22. The toilet was broken when we took it out of the box. We did not have a receipt and was prepared to take an even exchange . We attempted to exchange but when we supplied both our id's, the return was denied. I want to know why? Like many other people, we have been working on our home. Some things worked others did not. I was needing to buy a trailor and Home depot appeared to have the best of what was available. I went in on May 4th and looked at them and decided on the karavan 5x10 utility. Fit the **** perfectly. price was ******* I went to talk to people about the trailor and the possiblity of them going on sale. I actually got to speak to the store manager. I don't think I need to explain the terrible customer ********************** I received trying to get a small office suite installed with laminate flooring as there are enough horror stories already described previously. What I would like to say is that BIG BOX stores have taken over the markets in this country forcing thousands of small hardware/appliance stores out of business with lower prices. I am in the home building business, and buy materials and supplies at Home Depot on a regular basis. I purchased 4 gift cards prior to Christmas for stocking stuffers for family members from the Home Depot store in ***********. All 4 gift cards turned out to be no good. When I tried to return or exchange the first gift card, I ended up wasting approximately an hour of my time to end up getting an in store credit, which can not be used to purchase a gift card. We bought a bathtub from HomeDepot online and store pick up.After our GC picking up the bathtub from Home Depot store(********, **), we found out they gave ** the complete wrong model(for handicapped).We called Home Depot to picked it up since it's not the one we ordered. Home Depot agreed to pick it up. They arranged some 3rd party company to do it. I think Home Depot and the representatives that we deal with on the phone are despicable liars. I had ordered an ** **** btu air conditioner in May, BECAUSE it clearly stated it would be delivered the next business day. When called, first denied seeing order, yet my HD card was charged. Then they found the order and said it was going to arrive two weeks later. When further pushed advised me they were going to credit whole amount. I thought this odd, but the woman insisted. They screwed me out of $3000. I ordered a rug waited about three months for it to come in when it came in it was defective they promised that they would replace it, they even wrote it on the paperwork and I never heard back from them. The installers they sent out did not know or speak English they were obviously illegal and we could not communicate with them. Bad place to do business with stay away from them!

I need help to get my refund back regarding 2 orders I placed online on June 1, 2022. My first order was canceled due to inventory issue. Then I tried another order with in-store (only option) too. Unfortunately the 2nd order got canceled too due to inventory insufficient. Now I was required to go to the stores, which I placed orders, both are around 20 miles away from where I live, to get my refund back since I paid with gift card and part of payment with gift card.
