Working with Home Depot is a complete waist of time. Never again will I deal with HD installation. We order a closet install on the Home Depot in ********* *****. After we met with the designer, we paid in full. We waited about 12 weeks for the material to arrive. That was ok, the gentleman that did the design told us about the wait. Home Depot doesnt even deserve one star. In the weekend I was told if I select carpet from a certain rack that the installation was within 72 hours! I was so impressed. I selected carpet from the rack and wanted to take a sample home to confirm the colour and style. They did not have a sample nor were they prepared to give me a sample despite my pleas. Most unorganized company ever. Causes major inconveniences. Need better management from top down. I ordered wall lighting for in-store pickup. I received text notifications that I had until 4/29 to pick it up. The day before, I received a noticed my order was cancelled. Terrible Service .Bought a washer dryer with installation from Home ********************** showed up three days late , finally they showed up with the washer dryer and with wrong kind of accessory . This store at ***************** is the absolute worst. Every time I'm here there is something happening in the lumber department that required them to block off the majority of it, while no less than a dozen employees all make eye contact with me and then speedily walk away when I ask how long it will be until.i can try and purchase some wood. Im a cabinet and furniture maker and spend a lot on materials, I'll drive to any ****** no matter how far it is now when I need something on the fly.

Home Depot Impact window sales and install services in ******* Keys. Beware if you use Home Depot Depot for Impact widows, In April 2021 HD sales came to my condo measured 6 windows and 1 sliding door and confirmed they could do the job form corporate . The Home Depot promotes $100 credit to open a card with them. We bought a patio set and decided to open a card to get the $100 credit. We were told the $100 credit would be applied to the statement. It wasn't. We had to make numerous calls to get the $100 applied. However, their standard practice is to not apply a credit for 1 to 2 billing cycles. Ordered (In store) an $800.00 Makita battery operated lawnmower. It was shipped to me. Mower was not boxed but pathetically wrapped in plastic. Various parts that were exposed were abraded and chipped. I called the Home Depot where I ordered it. Took lots of time to get a rep to help me the first call (call was disconnected from their end). This has been awful. Home Depot in ******* was supposed to deliver and install my new refrigerator. They disconnected my old one, was bringing the new one , but the new one was the wrong one. They reconnected my old one, but now the water doesn't work. So now the people that Home Depot subcontracted, not only had the wrong delivery, but broke the fridge already have. They were supposed to call me last week to help with the situation, but they never did, and I was just on the phone with them for two hours with no end it sight... read more
