If I could give zero stars I would. This establishment in general is a disgrace. Nothing but rude unhelpful people. Store is dirty/cluttered. They are a bunch of Crooks. Their appliances are never in working order when purchased and they charge you for protection plan/warranty then claim it was never purchased. You call or contact the customer care, ********************** headquarters and Nothing but lies, headaches and make you wastes hours of your time trying to solve the issues. Will not do business with them again.

Absolutely the worst. We had the same issues 50 years ago and it has not changed. They make it almost impossible to to talk to anybody and when you do you are the one at fault. Their online system ***** and when you try to talk to them they treat you like scum. Then when you tell them their system doesnt work and you want to pay off your balance in full they threaten you if you close your account you can never get a credit card with them again. I go in to home depot IN ************. and I buy the weed killer SPECTRACIIDE" .It says that it kills 200+ weeds and up to 5 months of control. I have been putting it down since last year. Last year 2021 I used the liquid spray product that youjust connect to your hose. So it should have been already measured you just hook it up and spray. I went to the Home Depot in ********. Throughout the years, the service at this location has declined. Today was the final straw. I went to the self-checkout lane. An associate came up and started counting boxes I was purchasing---I was literally scanning them as she was counting. Home Depot is a complete nightmare to deal with. Never again will I shop at any HD or purchase any big products.
