This is possibly the worst retail experience we have ever had. After 17 attempts to get in Touch with customer ********************** because they only delivered half of our outdoor set they have decided that they are unable to locate it and are actually coming to pick up the chairs which we have already spent three hours putting together. I would never ever ever buy anything again from Home Depot and advise you to do the same

Worst customer care ever. They do not care about contractors and consumers. Charge you for something they claimed was delivered and after spending hours on the phone they finally said it was not delivered and damaged.

Ordered an item online, only partial shipment arrived. 2nd pallet was lost and Home Depot failed to coordinate with the shipping company to resolve the issue. I then spent the next 4 months trying to return the item but Home Depot kept ghosting me like a Tinder date and would never arrange a time to pick up the item. Horrible Service! Getting from bad to worst! We order a fridge, received a call from the delivery company. They suppose to remove to old fridge, keep it in the kitchen, bring a new one and connect it. A guy came, looked at his paper, said I am no going to remove the old fridge and walk away!!!!! Another guy brought a new fridge close to door, talked to the first one, and they both LEFT !!!!! with the fridge. I have never seen such degraded services from Home Depot. I have shopped Home Depot stores all over North America in person and online.This Home Depot in ******** ********** Located on ******** road is absolutely the worst Home Depot in North America.I moved from ***** to ******** about 3 years ago and time after time I place orders on line to be picked up in store and half the time they call and say my order is in then I drive 30 miles round trip to their store and they can not find my order.This happened just last week when I ordered base board trim which was a custom order.The p... read more

Home Depot changed their return policy and of course no notification is given to the consumers. They would always issue a store credit if you lost your receipt, now they won't. I've actually lost some of those store credits, so they actually have gotten their merchandise back and my money and I am sure that has happened to others as well, so they made money on those store credits.I just waited in a long returns line in heat to be told they changed their policy February 7th, 2022. I was at a Home Depot in ****** on ************ and Jupiter. There was absolutely zero Customer Assistance or courtesy. I still in one line why this little lady try to help me and she couldn't, so she sent me to a different line and no help there either. Delivery and installation service awful. 3/23/2022 - Range and dishwasher scheduled for installation and delivery. Sub-contractors couldn't install due to the lines needing modification.3/29/2022-Home Depot plumber modifies lines.4/8/2022-Sub-contractors arrive to install appliances.
