Ordered a shop vac with related items to be delivered 2 and 3 days later. First delivery label was for the vacuum, but it was attached to a heavy Ryobi **** power washer.Extreme weight difference. Believable that it happened due to the lack of trained employees.Hefty price difference and needed a power washer but honest me called in the mistake.Altogether lost two days of waiting around and cancellation of an appointment for pickup of mistake.

Ordered two glass block windows, one was okay the second badly damaged as the packaging was all torn apart. Appears someone took the damaged end out and turned it around in the box so I wouldnt notice it. Even the loaders were saying cant believe its not damaged I cant believe HD would give this to a customer. If I didnt need it so bad I would have returned it. Im done with HD back to Lowes their customer ********************** is so much better. Wish I could post photos !

Ordered a double oven, waited over a month for delivery and installation. They delivered it, was rude with my wife, until they saw that I was ********************* then there attitude changed towards my wife. I had bought the power cord at the same store and never thought anything of it. After hey brought it in set it in the middle of the kitchen, they asked my wife where she wanted itsigh, they told her that they couldnt install the power cord because it didnt come on the truck I WAS NEVER TOLD BY ANYONE THAT IT HAD TO COME... read more

Home Depot has the worst customer ********************** in store and online. If you are buying or just looking around more then half the people cant help you locate what your looking for or help you get things down if needed. Everyone points a finger at a different person or direction for you to get help. When ordering online for in store pick up they are not worried about your items 1. Do not buy appliances from Home Depot and no GE products at all. Spent over $2000 on GE range. Oven never worked from the get go. Home Depot said they are not responsible and said deal with GE. GE contracts with local repair company that couldn't fix the issue which was diagnosed as the cooling fan. Now, they think it's the computer board. Advised by GE not to use burners either since they suspect an electrical problem, it could cause a fire. Six weeks later, still no resolution. Home Depot in general but definitely the ******, ** store has NO business in commercial construction supplies outside from what's in stock on the shelf. I made a special order in May 2020 (fencing) and have yet to see my entire order. This store has been operating on some sort of co-pilot management team and people that have no authority to resolve issues. I went to Home Depot in ******* #**** ********** on 4/5/2022 at approximately 5pm to 6pm. I was returning a gallon of paint that I purchased from Home Depot in ******** ********** where I reside. The lady associate immediately tells me that they DO NOT return paint thats colored. I told her Ive done it once before with no problems at all because it was not the correct shade. Do not order ANY work to be done by Hope Depot. Representatives in design and project management are unfriendly, and responsive and just don't care. Home Depot has the worst customer ********************** and are TERRIBLE at running home improvement projects. Save yourself a lot of grief and hire someone else!

Do not order appliances from Home Depot for home delivery! Home Depot contracts delivery companies but does not hold them accountable. We have had a delivery fail to be delivered twice this week. The first instance, the company failed to ring the door **** or knock then said we were not home. We were home all day. We also have a Ring doorbell, so we can 100% guarantee that they did not attempt to ring the ****. It was raining, and I believe they did not want to deal with the delivery in the rain.
