I am VERY disappointed in Home Depot with their customer **********************. I made a simple mistake, and bought a gas dryer for an extra $100. When I only needed an electric dryer. Their response is "buyer's remorse", and we won't do anything to help you. I wasn't asking for a refund on my purchase. I just wanted a dryer that I could use. I told them that I was willing to do an even exchange, and lose out on the $100 upcharge on getting a gas dryer due to my simple error. I will NEVER shop at Home Depot again because of... read more

The home depot at ************ is horrible; Staff doesn't help and guide you in the right direction; Supplies are short or none found ; And the worst is the customer ********************** on line or over the phone; When you have billing questions and call their **** number they hang up on you, they do not resolve your issue and when they say they did; You find out they didn't! Its absolutely horrible their customer **********************;

I placed an order for appliances with Home Depot on February 19, 2022. I did not need the appliances that soon but I was concerned about having them when I did because I am aware that there are supply chain issues: I needed to ensure that I had the appliances in April. every store I've been to does not have what their website says they do and the workers are clueless about where anything is. it is a horrible company and they have a lot of issues that need to be addressed. would recommend any other hardware store that you can go to.

This is for corporate-not Spfld store. Cant believe such a large company can be so shady. I was going to purchase a vanity that said it was an overstock item for $699. Literally said price valid til 4/30/22. When I went back in the next day to purchase it said $2,075.88. How did this change when it said valid til 4/30/22. (Its April 11th) I called in and no one could help me on what happened to the price. The worse sales ******************************** The sales guy sold me a refrigerator that "he said" came with an icemaker. When he sold me the frig. he also sold me the coiling connection and the kit to install it. When the frig arrived the coiling and kit was there but no icemaker. It has been a total nightmare. We just did a kitchen remodel in **********, *******. Horrible experience. Paid total last May and just completed April 1st. Terrible customer **********************. Would never recommend them for anything. May never walk in a Home Depot again. Required full payment and had my money a year to play with. Cupboards should of been installed July or August, was November. 1st counter top not right. Bar too small. Forgot backsplash in bathroom and no quartz between sink & window in kitchen. I ordered online a sink faucet and garbage disposal ! Price for all 3 was $690! Then Home Depot charged me a me additional $711 foe ******* and 2 garbage disposal! I tried several times to resolve this when I was told it was but it's not ! I need help Please ***********************

I have had no ability to log into my account for 5 days. I have called the customer ********************** line and have spoke to 4 different people. Not one of those were able to assist me in accessing my account. The last person told me to speak with the IT department. I called IT and I was never able to speak with a person. All I heard was this directory to poke on a number, of which it all dealt with employees of the company. My account issue is still not resolved.
