I ordered a furniture set online with a delivery date of April 22nd. Order was placed April 2nd ok a long time but whatever. Now the delivery date is April 28th because its still in transit even tho its been sitting in my city since the 12th. They wont cancel order nor refund my money so Im stuck waiting a month for 3 pieces of furniture. Thanks Home Depot for absolutely nothing but sitting on a floor waiting until who knows when for it to arrive.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER **********************! Right when I get there, I asked a man where I can find blinds and he directed me to that department. I have always done business with home depot I have a charge card with them. I purchased some French doors and the door that was to swing outward was left hand standing on my deck looking in. Doing business with Home Depot is challenging. They seem to be short staffed, excuses range from Covid to no one wants to work, and they can't find employees. I am a faithful shopper, and have been doing business with Home Depot for years, and I have seen the same problems way before Covid. Employees standing around in groups of two or three, just talking. I bought windows from the Home Depot in *******, ** and 2 of the 3 windows arrived with no issue, but the biggest and most expensive window was damaged. The frame was bent on one side, the vinyl was damaged on that side where the wood frame was bent. The lock on the window was also broken and the window was halfway open when we opened the box. I purchased new windows and doors for my entire house in April of 2021. I was told that the installation would be completed by July. It was September when the installation finally began. The installers were missing a window and the hardware for the doors. So we had doors without locks and handles. In December they installed the hardware for the doors. Still no window. Home Depot sell Ryobi tools and trimmers. My Ryobi 40V trimmer went out on the first day of warm weather on 3/15/2022. I followed Ryobi instructions to bring it back to Home Depot since it's under 5 years warranty and since I brought it new from the same Home Depot here in Lancaster **.
