I ordered a new front door back in April. Once it FINALLY arrived July 20th, I scheduled delivery. It was supposed to come on Saturday, but they failed to put it on the truck. No reason why, they just forgot. Person on the phone was supposed to schedule it for Monday, but when I called to verify Monday delivery she said Monday was full and they could only deliver on Tuesday....and of course Tuesday is here and only one of the 2 doors has been delivered! Horrible customer ********************** and product knowledge. Do not go to the carrier and i20 location, manager **** and ****** are as helpless as can be. Spent $1000 on behr one coat paint as they suggested, ended up painting 3 coats to get the coverage I need. They just basically told me to contact behr for the issues. Great job Homedepot will be boycotting you and go out of my way to be at lowes instead I shouldnt have to contact the manufacturer for things that you carry if you got any customer ********************** ... read more

I purchased a GE washer and dryer from Home Depot on 6/27/22. They told me that the pair will be delivered on 7/3/2022, then called the night before delivery and stated that they will have to change the delivery date to 7/9/2022, then called the night before and said everyone in the warehouse have COVID and they will deliver the pair on 7/13/22. "It's Our Policy" worst thing a business can EVER say to a customer. We ordered a refrigerator on 7/13/22. Set up delivery for 7/22/22. I set the entire day aside to prepare for the delivery. We received and email with a delivery range between 3pm to 7pm. Nothing arrived. We called store and spoke with ******* a store manager who's only answer was "call the delivery center" in the morning after 8am. Applied for a credit card, made a purchase of more than $1,000 and was supposed to receive $100 bonus. Instead, home depot makes two charges on my credit card and I only received $50 back, and that's also after calling them and asking for the bonus. Now, they tell me that because the payment was split into 2 payment (I have no idea why, it was 2 products but 1 order), my fist order is under $1000 now, and so I only qualify for $100 back. I purchased a dishwasher from Home Depot on July 4 th. I paid for installation and parts needed for installation. The gentlemen who delivered it on July said they could not install it because a fitting was the wrong size. They left the dishwasher. My son changed the connection and then discovered they did not bring the correct parts needed to install it(which we had psis for). Home Depot is horrible! Everything I have tried to purchase for almost a year has ended in disaster. I even went to the the store and the employees could not even read a tape measure. Also almost dropped a box of shelving on my sons head! Absolutely appalling customer **********************, The lack of care and GENERAL knowledge and SAFETY would get me fired at a moments notice!I cant believe this is how they conduct daily business.

I made a purchase on 7/23/2022 .I also paid an extra fee for delivery to my house ,When the truck arrived at my home on Saturday , July 23 , The driver and helper refused bring the material into my home ,when I asked them why ? They replied that the items ordered were too big ,and too much for them to carry,so they insisted that they leave the items that I had ordered and paid for in front of my home, which they did,then left with out saying or doing any more . We ordered a Patio set because that's the only way you could get it took my money out in 3 days 2 weeks later they said they came to deliver it there was nobody here I was here and 2 other people in the yard with the gate open nobody came I still don't have my patio furniture im going to Cancel my order and get one from ******
