On July 29th a dryer I purchased was delivered. The two who delivered it were supposed to take the old one with them. They did not and when I told them I was calling Home Depot, they left my paperwork on my doormat and were in their truck. When I realized they werent going to remove the old dryer, I asked for their namesthey drove off. I called Home Depot to inform them that they never took the dryer. Installment payment for windows overpaid by $700. Repeated requests to refund this money were made - every month $700 credit showing. First time I was told check must have gotten lost and would be re-issued and I should have in **** days. Second time reported I was told it would be re-issued immediately. Now third months **** is again here. It states money to be refunded will be after 4 billing cycles - unless call made to request it sooner. I have never written a review of any kind, but my experience with home depot; specifically the rebate team is just ridiculous. I submitted multiple items for the 11% rebate and most if not all were declined for some reason or another. I was approved for two receipts and one I have been waiting on since June 13. I received the email that it was approved but no gift card. In March I bought an e-card for my sister-inlaw for her birthday. I believe it was $100.00 She bought things for her garden and loved it. This week she went back to Home Depot to buy a few more things because had money left on the e-card. when she went to checkout the woman accused my sister-inlaw of stealing, photocopying the e-card. my sister-inlaw showed now two women the email from me. I had to give 1 star in order to leave this review otherwise it would be a 0. I ordered a lawnmower online on July 25. It was shipped out the next day. I received a damaged non working mower on July 30. I called and had it sent back but had to order a new one and pay again. It took 5 days for my refund from the first mower to hit my bank. Customer ********************** was horrible. I would not recommend shopping at this store. I originally ordered and paid for my appliances on July the 5th and have had nothing but problems. They have attempted to deliver my item on 3 separate occasions and evey time items were damaged. I have tried reaching out to the store manager ***** but he has done nothing but ignore me. Recently I purchased flooring from Home Depot. The entire experience was extremely frustrating. My husband removed tile in our home and found that there was a subfloor. He called the installer to ask if they would come out to inform us if the subflooring in the kitchen. He was told that they would try to visit our home but did not come prior to the day they installed the floor. Therefore, my husband prepared the subfloor. I am taking the time to write this review to warn area residents not to arrange for appliance deliveries from The Home Depot (Store # ****) located ***** at *************************************************. I am still awaiting the delivery and installation of a gas range that I ordered on July 15, 2022. The original delivery date was scheduled for July 26, 2022.
