I purchased a new refrigerator for my daughter on July 24, who which was moving into a new house. I bought it on line from the Home Depot website. I live in ******* and my daughter lives in ************* so I sent it there and it arrived on 29th of July and ** was hook up by the service guy. Well on August 5th my daughter called me and told me the refrigerator stop getting cold and her food would most likely spoil. I am writing this complaint for my elderly parents (whom my father is in ************** They were in dire need of a window air conditioner unit as theirs had quit. I ordered one online ($300.00)and to have it delivered to their home. We received a message from ***** it was delivered but it was NOT. ***** refused to help us at all. My parents live next door to a grade school so we called police department who checked the security cameras and it was NOT delivered. I specifically bought this washing machine on July 4th because it had a "guaranteed" delivery date of July 9th. That got changed to July 11th -- no big deal. Couple of days later it was change to August 11th because of supply chain issues. Now I've got a problem. You knew your inventory or you did a bait and switch. Yesterday I was notified that delivery will be August 11th between 7am and 11am. Today I received a phone call at 7:25am, I'm home, and missed the call. No message was left. Paid extra for fast shipping. Was then given the runaround by customer ********************** for me to start calling stores. Once I *************** shipping my product I was told it would arrive tomorrow Ive been told us two other times

Horrible customer ********************** and selling defective products . I bought a dishwasher in May of 2022, the dishwasher has worked 3.times they have made my kitchen to an assembly line. It has been almost 3 months, they have replaced the control panel, the motor and sensors. Still the front panel buttons do not work and it doesnt dry the dishes. After calling and telling me twice that he will be here in ***** min to deliver my wall mount microwave, he never showed up. I called. Home Depot rescheduled for two days later. Next day while we had 911 crew at my house for my mother, he showed up unannounced and no prior call or heads up.I asked him to take the old unit. He said that he is not supposed to. I purchased a washer and dryer July 1st and still dont have them installed.The delivery was not on time, it came three week from the promised delivery date. When it arrived the deliver staff stated the plumbing was not dated and cant install the unit. They left the unit in our living room and stated the plumber will pass by at the end of the Saturday but never arrived. I purchased a Ryobi 20" Self propelled mower on August 3rd via the online store for $429 dollars with a delivery date of August 5th. The 5th came and went, I checked the App and it said it was still processing, so I gave it a couple days.
