Horrible service. I went online and set up an appointment for someone to come to my house and give me an estimate on an exterior door. I never received any email confirmation or a phone call, but someone did show up. Except they didnt sell doors, only windows. Basically they were no help. Then I went into the actual store and they had no employees available in the door department. They claimed theyre only there in the morning and make an appointment. No, Ill pass and try Lowes or McClendons. Bye!

I was very disappointed in the workmanship and quality of the job. Some parts of the job were never completed. I have had issues getting a response from anyone as to why the job is wasnt completed and why parts were done poorly. A few days from now will **** 1 year and I am still not satisfied with the results. This was pertaining to a kitchen remodel. Refacing was done poorly, drawer pulls that were purchased were not installed, the day after installation one of the doors fell off the hinges and was never repaired by them. ... read more

Home Depot changed delivery date 3 times but started billing me in May. Now August and still no freezer. Canceled order yesterday. Went to Lowes yesterday and freezer delivered today. Good job to Lowes!

Home Depot is horrible. Customer ********************** and management is the worst. Someone is going to get seriously injured when having to operate heavy cutting machines because employees are not willing to help. OSHA needs to be contacted because it is scary the way a store next to my new home in ******* is operating. Employees dont care, management doesnt and clearly corporate doesnt care either after reading the other BBB reviews.

Purchase our special order cabinets May 23rd today is August 16th, after 4 date changes & one broken cabinet that wasnt delivered were still waiting for the expedited cabinet this is week 3 now, with no expected date for return. We paid cash for these cabinets expecting them to be on time . Not knowing they were special order upon purchasing until after the fact, very poor communication skills with the staff at this location.

We purchased kitchen cabinets. We chose a color off the sample door given to us at the store. Waited 10 weeks to find that they don't have that color. Took off work for someone to pick up the wrong color cabinets to return. No one showed up. I had already hired a painter, bought countertops, hardwood floors and backslash to match my cabinets. Bought countertops 5 months ago and they still havent been interested. No response from the company. They have canceled the install 5 times and showed up twice with the wrong materials

After my background check was approved the first time. 31 days later they illegally went into it again and came out red. I have proof from 2 courts and police station that my background check is good. This company was supposed to hire me 31 days later but I get let go instead!!

**** was very helpful and reassuring and effective in assisting us with our pursuit of a refund from the subcontractor. To that end, we owe her a debt of gratitude and would compliment you for having her on staff. However, one core issue remains that will prevent us from returning to Home Depot for any kind of home service: paying in advance for work not yet done.
