Recent purchase of a rear engine lawn mower. The unit was delivered broken. I am certain the delivery driver knew of the problem. The issue was a sheared bolt on the deck adjusment lever.For sure, noone who cared inspected the unit prior to delivery. I fixed the problem myself. Obviously, this is my last purchase from HD

The contractors that Home Depot uses are the most unreliable. When they showed up at 730pm, to install carpet, for a 3-5pm window, which was the third scheduled window in 3 days, I could smell alcohol on their breath. ******** is the contractor

I am so very unhappy with Home Depot ************ ** right now. I placed an online order for an upright freezer on July 29th. A few days later arrangements were made to have it delivered on Friday August 5th. Morning of delivery I receive a call from Bill at Federal Normal (delivery company) saying he is unable to deliver and will get back to me when he hears more. I have never heard from him again. 16 hours ago NEW Very awful experience. Ordered a washer and dryer set. Salesman was great.. onto the delivery :(Delivery driver walked in said he couldnt deliver until **** was fixed for hook up and told my wife he would come back in a hour when the Home Depot plumber comes hes right down the street Driver and plumber never show and no call. i bought a lawnmower it has a 3 year contract with the company Powersmart i bought in june 2022 at homedepot **************************************************************** and the starter handle broke i took it back to home depot and there response was that is not there responsibility to call the company Powersmart but i bought it at your store even showed them the receipt no help they clean there hands i called the Powersmart many times sent emails and nothing dont buy anything at homedepot from Power smart it wont last l... read more

I keep having problems with ordering online with Home Depot in Westminster. Their website says they can have product delivered to me at a certain date. Product never showed up. After calling Home Depot their delivery service said I had to schedule a date with the delivery. The earliest they could deliver would be the following Monday when the product was supposed to have been here previous Thursday. Ordered a tool box to be delivered august 25th, I sold my tool box to a co worker and put my tools in my truck the 24th on the 25th I get a phone call saying there is no room on the *********** wont receive my box until the 29th. Then I was asked if the 29th is ok like I had a choice. Be clear when you order ********** items you might not get them when they say you will do just be prepared.

I just want to warn people about the shady practices at Home Depot and their nonexistent customer **********************. I have been arguing with Home Depot for over a month now about a refund for an appliance order that i cancelled well before delivery. I only cancelled because they rescheduled my delivery 3 times each at least 3 more weeks out without proper explanation or notice. Home Depot Customer ********************** is a joke. I order an appliance it was delivered and the delivery company stated that the no longer install stackable units in closets he goes one to tell me that I had to order a combo unit model which did. I also called in to get a refund.
