I ordered a ryobi sander that was supposed to include a battery in the purchase but it didnt show up. So I contacted customer ********************** and the first guy told me to order a battery that was ***** and that he would give me the refund of the original price back and the battery back for all my trouble for waiting an extra week and not being able to use it. Then he disconnects with me and I get another guy thats tells me he cant give the refund for the batter but does for the sander which is 21$ less. And he cant do... read more

I placed an order for a washer from home depot. I was scheduled for delivery for Saturday between 4 and 8. No one ever showed up and I was left with a home full of dirty clothes. Had to be at work for 6 the next morning so now I have to spend half the night in the laundromat washing clothes for my family. I missed a day of work and no one I spoke with on the phone could give me an answer on where the delivery was or if they were coming or not. In April of 2021 I went to Home Depot in *************** to have a kitchen sink installed. They sent out someone to take the measurements. I had originally gone to Lowes for the sink because they had one that I wanted. But once the guys came to install it they said that they were unable because the current one was an undermounted one. On September 7, we ordered and paid for an appliance and a service (delivery) in good faith from the Home Depot at *************************************************************************************. They made an obligation to deliver our dishwasher on 15 Sep btwn 1 and 5pm. They failed to meet that obligation. After the delivery window closed, the delivery tracking utility on the store's website showed "Delivered with Exceptions." The "Exception" was explained as "requiring reschedule." Bought a washer and dryer from Home Depot with free delivery and setup, in August 2022. Scheduled the delivery date and took a day off work. Home Depot sent and email and text the day prior stating the 4 hour window to expect delivery. The 4 hours, 3 PM to 7 PM, came and went. In the last hour I clicked on the "tracker" to see what the status was and it indicated that I was behind 5 other deliveries, them closer to 7 PM it stated I was behind 2 other deliveries. I ordered a lawn ************** trimmer combo kit online for around $1400. What arrived was just the lawn mower valued at $1099. When I tried to resolve this with Home Depot, they insisted they sent the right item. I took it to the local store to return it after being ignored by the manager on their chat system. I was told they sent the mower because they were out of the combo kit. There was no call or message or any form of communication regarding this. As far as Im concerned, Home Depot attempted to steal $300 from me.

False Advertisment.I Place an order for a portable generator to use for family event. on the order page it says clearly next day delivery. I didn't get it for 3 days, when I called I was told that it wouldn't arrive till another 5 days (past my family event date) they couldn't expedite delivery, they refused to have me come to pick it up, they wouldn't cancel it. I have to wait till I get the item and then carry 100 lb generator back to the store !!!!worst customer ********************** experience !!!False ADVERTISEMENT !!!

I needed a board of a specific length to use as a shelf in a kitchen cabinet. I called in advance to make sure they could cut a board to my specifications and they said they could. When I got to the store, an employee told me the people in lumber could give me advice about the type of wood to use and could cut it for me. Home Depot Windows I got my windows fixed through Home Depot but they havent came back to fix the trimmings on the windows it only has caulking Ive already waited more than three months!****** and **** have taken forever to return my calls sometimes they dont even pick up Ive called customer ********************** and they just sent emails out about my complaints! ****** and **** make appointments 3 weeks out and no one shows or cancel, no calls either!
