NEVER AGAIN will I purchase any item from Home Depot. I ordered a GE washer/dryer unit for a rental property in Augustover a span of 1.5 months, 3 deliveries were made with the product severely damaged each time. One of those times, delivery crew damaged the pipes and walls AND threatened my tenants. There was a 4th attempt at delivery but the delivery crew failed to wait for the 15-min window and left without completing delivery. Unbelievably awful experience and so I will never shop at Home Depot again.
Horrible service from your customer ********************** and MOD. Store **** in **********. Ordered a 400 item over a month ago and I walk into store and its on the sales floor. They wont swap it out or cancel my order have to spend another 400 to take it home today!!!!!
The worse buying experience ever from hardware/tool department managers ***** and ******, the most rude people ever known at home depot *********** at 23rd street. Their costumer service to us was horrendous, 4 hours to look for tools we need it, and they had no idea how to locate them.We are extremely disappointed and stressed out and we will not recommend to anyone to buy from home depot anymore.Shame on you ***** and ****** who stole our time, and were so disrespectful to elderly disabled military people like ourselves.
Don't waste your time or money buying appliances at Home Depot. They don't support what they sell and won't call you back when you need assistance. The washer/dryer I purchased didn't work from the second it was plugged in and Home Depot won't do anything about it stating it is a manufacturer issue. They'll sell it, but won't take it back. If you call them or go into the store for assistance, they say it's a corporate issue.
POSING AS MILITARY/VETERAN APPRECIATORS!The Home Depot, has started their new home depot app, and to boot, they also are offering a military and veteran discount, however, to get this, you must give them your SS number and other Identifying details, through their app to verify your military service, having done this I've used the app a few times and it is/was convenient.The last three times, using the App was not so convenient, in fact when they update the app, it forces you to log in again, except they also have made you ch... read more
We ordered a full kitchen appliance set (dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator) at the end of June (which we paid for in June, so they've had our money for months) to coincide with a kitchen remodel project we're doing. We ordered everything on-line and at the time the refrigerator was backordered. We scheduled delivery to be at the end of August to line up with timing of our remodel project. A sales rep. came to my home measured my windows gave me a quote of $10316.00. i called to get my windows installed 10 days later and was informed that the price had changed to $13754.00, but since I called within 30 days I would get the quoted price of $10316. At this point I gave a deposit of $3439.00, the sales rep wrote up the amended work order for the original quote and after completing the job I've been billed the $13754.00. I urge folks to not consider the Home Depot for any redesign projects. In the spring of 2021, my husband and I ordered cabinets for a kitchen from Home Depot as well as other items for a complete remodel. The cabinets arrived in November, and we knew that it would be a delay due to supply chain issues. In early spring, we arranged for installation. I would give this zero stars if I could. I could write a book about how horrific my experience has been with Home Depot but Ill get to the point. I am not one to ever leave reviews but my blood is boiling at this point. Got a dishwasher about a month ago, first one was dented.
