I have ordered 130 fence panel (H0249-352725), and they promised to deliver to my house on Aug 10. The Home Depot now told me that I would need to pay more money for delivery to get these panels delivered to my house because I ordered from store #H0249 and the panels now shipped to store #H248. I told them you are (both stores) working for the same company (The Home Depot), but they still insisted that I would need to pay for more money. They did not allow me to cancel either.

Ordered Frigidaire fridge and Maytag dryer. Delivery guy wouldn't hook up dryer said i had a bad pipe, He would contact his supervisor and they would send a plumber to fix it and hook it up and they would return to take old dryer. Next day plumber comes and installs new gas turn off valve WITHOUT turning the gas off! He said he wouldn't hook up dryer that it was liability and home depot lied! A delivery Truck from home Depot (HD) backed into my mailbox and destroyed it on August 3, 2022. It took multiple discussions with Home Depot customer ********************** for someone to tell me the process for filing claims and none of their customer ********************** person will give their name or information, so every time you call, you have to tell your story from beginning. The free delivery and installation offered from Home Depot is not a deal when the installers break off your plumbing pipe, flood your basement, and are only covered by insurance with an F rating from the BBB. SOOOO disappointing from a corporation that should treat its customers better.

The Home Depot in *********, ** would not allow the return of a 24 hour brand new ******* convection oven. So my father an 80 year old man is out $1000 thanks to the horrible return policy.. The return was because the wires of the house wouldnt connect to this new oven. It was a 24 hour return that Home Depot refused to take back. The worst experience I have ever had. The custom made storage organized closet was ordered in !!!!APRIL 2022. home depot was suppose to install a front window in my home months ago, this process began in march i gave the full payment from day one and today the installation has not taken place today is september 12th and im still waiting all they tell me is product was damaged when received at warehouse so they have to reorder this has accurred twice, i need my window taken care of this has been a great in convenience we have they have changed dates at least 4 times Lem G

Live in **********, *******, will never purchase any appliances from this store again, purchase a new Maytag washer, not working less than 3 years and they also sold us the extended 3 year warranty All State which is a joke, the matter has still not been resolved to get a repair person in their terms system to fix or see what is wrong with the washer, ever since we had the washer it gets off balance and you always have to stop the cycle to rearrange your clothes to keep it working right, it got stuck on rinsing and never rin... read more

Well, we purchased a ******* washer and Dryer about 2 /12 years ago and the washer quit working. We have a Service plan and reached out to Home Depot for resolution. They sent out a Appliance service. The service put in a new part and told us the washer was fixed and left. Well, the washer then leaked water. I called the service person twice and got no reply. Since then I have had many contacts with both Home Depot and ***'s Appliances with no results. Service people have been to our house at least three time and two no show... read more
