Horrible Horrible experience when dealing with the paint department. Purchased a 5 gallon bucket of mixed stain and not only did it not match my stain in the exact same brand and color, Home Depot refused to return the stain AND also refused to exchange it. Spoke with customer ********************** from Home ********************** and the woman just kept saying "You can read our return policy online." Did absolutely nothing to help me out. Home Depot really deserves 0 stars for a recent encounter. I ordered an $1800 sectional on line with an estimated delivery date of 9/1 and the carrier calls me on 8/22 to deliver. For the last 3 years everything Ive gotten shipped has been very late probably due to COVID so i never complained. This time its early and Im leaving to go out of town back on 8/31 and its my issue that it shipped early and Home Depot has informed me if i dont figure something out then they will cancel the order and send the sectional back No help ... read more

The corporation ethics on returned item are less than a 0 rating. I feel like they are bulling me so they do not have return my entire refund to me.

Dear reader, here's what you need to know: The Home Depot IS JUST THE GO BETWEEN acting as an agent on behalf of suppliers, carriers and installers. Seriously bad communication and training with absolutely NO follow up if your order doesn't meet the scheduled delivery date.In a nutshell this is what happened to me.As a single older woman having had my fill of hard physical labour, I went to The Home Depot to buy a counter, sink, appliances and range hood... My first and last relationship with my **************,**. Home Depot. began on May 12th when I went in and ordered a counter top for my kitchen. The young lady in that department was very helpful and spent considerable time in helping me pick out the top I wanted. Paid for the top that day and was told it would probably be installed in 4 to 6 weeks. In a couple of weeks counter top was measured and the waiting began. I purchased 10 ******** windows from Home Depot in February. They were finally delivered and professionally installed (NOT by the Depot) the week before Memorial Day. I'm STILL waiting for the screens!!!!! A week ago I was told that they were in the warehouse but Home Depot didn't have a truck big enough to deliver them!!!!!!! Do you believe this CRAP?!? HD doesn't have a truck big enough for 10 screens. I will NEVER place an order from this place again.

So very disappointed with Home Depot Card services. I opened an account in 2013, spent thousands of dollars on the card, always paid off and on time. Needed a new wash machine and dryer so I called into to have my card replaced and found out they closed my account in Jan of this year. First 2 people I spoke with stated I was sent a letter in January stating that i needed to use the card to keep it active. Never received no letter. Their solution...reapply...I should not have to. I went to the Home Depot in *********, ** on 8/15/22 @ 13:25 to purchase an item for $69.97 online advertised price. I could not locate the item because while looking for the price tag, nothing was $69.97. The store associate helped me find the item but it was $74.97 on the shelf.
