The Home Depot installation bought washer and dryer delivered broken dryer waited another 2 weeks for redelivery and now have to wait 2 more days because they forgot to pick up dryer I hope nobody uses Home Depot products or installation good job Home Depot

I think your employee;s are rude ignorant nieve and don't know any thing about building materials and don't really know how to help customers. With out putting them down like they know more then you do when you are experienced in that field of work . And know what your talking about and trying to explain what you need and look for . ************ home Depot will treat you like this

My husband and I recently did a online order for a combo set fridge,microwave, stove,dishwasher.. However when ordering online you are not informed that you'll need a certified plumber to install /connect the dishwasher and fridge.. When checking out I applied for all to be removed and new appliances to be installed that's what I payed for. However our delivery was 8/13/22 horrible service from the time they got out the truck .. R.A.S delivery ,The stove and fridge came with dents on both sides I refused to accept them.. I p... read more

The worst customer ********************** After spending about ***** In one year would not give store credit for 184$ for their 2 nd quality products Would not look it up on credit card even though everything was bought there and came up on computer that it was their product and are all still sold in store ***************************** We will never enter that store again or any other Home Depot We will go to Lowes from now on including all my family Will be a 100000$ loss in 5 years for them

Home Depot wants us to contact them to up date our credit online . I went on line but it said the card was not recognize . I sent strong letter to office in *********** . But that didn't help . Now I tried use my card , it doesn't work so I no longer do business with f****** company . I will go to ****** or Menards . Maybe better service or better help . I wish this company would leave town , go back where they came from H***

My bathroom remodel started in March. The company advise it might be a long wait because a lot of people were getting work done. Ok. I was signed for no interest for 24 months. When to store made sure this was correct. Start getting and paying ****. April a rep calls goes over price and told eta middle of June. Rep calls be ready June 29. Encouraged to open credit account by salesman with misleading promotion. Was told promotion was zero interest if paid in full by target date. In the past, there was no minimum payment during that period so the account could simply be paid in full before the end of the promotional period. Salesman assured me it was the same as before. I didnt open the first statement, just set it aside for later, unaware that there was an $80. minimum payment and a $29. late fee being charged each month. I've paid to have my kitchen cabinets refaced, new counter top and tile backslash. I signed my contract early in May. I was told the work would be completed at the end of July. I've been calling there customer ********************** number and someone rarely answers the phone. I leave messages and never get a call back. I finally spoke with someone from a different ***** And said they can't give me an ETA for when to begin my kitchen project. No reason provided but just no ETA. I love home Depot but when I go to the ********* store and I see huge rats running around ******* on items it's absolutely disgusting one literally ran across my wife's walking path scared the living s*** out of her something needs to be done this wasn't just one experience the last few times in a row they are running around everywhere and they're not small rats there is big as a cat!!!
