I ordered a washer and dryer on line from them. They promised an early delivery which was the main reason I purchased it from them. But they delayed the delivery three times and I received it three weeks late.I called to complain multiple times but never received a call back.

Terrible experience with Home Depot appliances. Purchased two dishwashers ... one for my kitchen and one for my basement. Paid for installation of both. The first delivery would not install in the kitchen due to a small water leak, They installed in the basement... PROBLEM IS THEY INSTALLED THE WRONG DISHWASHER IN THE BASEMENT. They are unwilling to correct the issue and unwilling to refund the installation fee......ALL AROUIND POOR SERVICE.....

I ordered 7k in appliances from Home Depot on 7/15/2022 taking advantage of their 4th of July sales. All my products were to be delivered by 8/20. On 8/19 they called to tell me all appliances are on back order from ******* until October 1st. Home Depot is selling ******* Be Spoke Refrigerator and setting false expectation to clients to close the sale knowing there are issues with delivery and getting the product in. Extremely unhappy. We lost access to our account because no one in the whole company has the ability change our email address. We went online and intended to purchase over $1000 in products. We had changed our email address but had not changed it yet on our Home Depot account. The only option for the sign in verification was the old email. I called customer support and was told that we had to start a whole new account, losing the history as well as going through all of the trouble to add the military discount. I purchased a bathroom sink that was on clearance, When I got home I realized it was too small. I went to return it and I was notified that clearance items are non returnable. I dont have a problem with policy however I think this policy should be posted somewhere where the consumer is able to view it prior to purchase.

I bought a hand rails for my house from Home Depot on ****** in ******* **. When I went to return the last rail I didnt use or open they said they couldnt. The reason was because they stopped selling the longest ones at store and only online. Wouldnt even give me store credit.

Worst customer ********************** experience of my ************* for the Home Depot CC, after multiple phone calls, going to the store, and more calls, I'm going with another card. I was told different stories from different representatives. It depends on who you get on the phone. Ultimately they lost a valued customer.

On July 13, 2022, I purchased a washer dryer tower online from the Home Depot store in ******* (Lander location). It is now August 22, 2022, and after six failed deliveries by Market Delivery Operations (***), the contractor that is responsible for delivering this appliance, it has not been delivered.
