Verified Renter Been great so far after moving in about a month ago. The gym has been out of service for a couple maintenance repairs. The amenities are good for the price of rent. A great value. Noise is pretty minimal. It is close to highway 40 which is great for traveling around the city, to the beach, to the mountain. We feel very safe at night and after dark.

Verified Renter Great management ! Always quick to reply and help a resident. Maintenance is also quick and kind! Love having a copier and a coffee machine I also love the many vendors and events held here but i especially love the coffee guy that comes! I wish he were here twice a month :)
Verified Renter I’ve been at the Dakota for 3 years now and I love it! The community is great for all ages. The staff is wonderful to work with. Maintenance is always on time and very good at communicating how long fixes are expected to take. It has been a great last 3 years at the Dakota!

Verified Renter It’s a good community but the amenities are becoming outdated (gym equipment, dirty front entrance sign, etc) Staff is becoming friendlier so that’s a plus!

Verified Renter Occasionally too much noise around me. Valet garbage pick up is poor. I usually end up taking to the dumpster myself. Not sure why we pay for such poor service.

Verified Renter The Dakota is a really great place to live. The leasing office staff are helpful and the apartment is kept clean. Parking can be a challenge but it is not too big of an issue.
