Verified Renter I’ve lived here for 3 years and love it here! The staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is incredible and prompt! The community is well kept and has wonderful perks! The apartments are up to date on appliances- stainless steel and granite counters. Love the Dakota!

Verified Renter Appreciated the updates to the complex, landscaping is pretty too. Accepting of pets-- I know a tenant who has four in her unit!! Maintenance is always on top of everything, no service requests lasts in my portal for no more than 24 hours, so efficient!!
Verified Renter I moved into the Dakota last summer and have throughly enjoyed living here. I love the amenities, especially the pool and dog park! Everyone I have met that works at the Dakota is super friendly and so quick to help if there has been an issue.

Verified Renter Lacking events that actually care about the residents. Doing first come first serve events or events where there are like 5-10 hampers for about a community of few hundred people is just sad.

Verified Renter Been great so far after moving in about a month ago. The gym has been out of service for a couple maintenance repairs. The amenities are good for the price of rent. A great value. Noise is pretty minimal. It is close to highway 40 which is great for traveling around the city, to the beach, to the mountain. We feel very safe at night and after dark.
