Verified Renter It’s a good community but the amenities are becoming outdated (gym equipment, dirty front entrance sign, etc) Staff is becoming friendlier so that’s a plus!

Verified Renter Occasionally too much noise around me. Valet garbage pick up is poor. I usually end up taking to the dumpster myself. Not sure why we pay for such poor service.

Verified Renter The Dakota is a really great place to live. The leasing office staff are helpful and the apartment is kept clean. Parking can be a challenge but it is not too big of an issue.

Verified Renter I love this place so much. First week here has been a blast and can’t wait for the new adventures. The amenities are amazing and the complex is cozy, the apartment feels so spacey. I really love the lock and key aspect of the doors, it feels more like a home and the internet options to choose your own plan. I love that you can control your thermostat from the nest app and that it works smoothly. This place is the perfect balance of just enough tech and just enough old school for me lol.
Verified Renter It is a very pleasant community to live in. The apartments are comfortable and in good structural condition. The office colleagues provide good service and attention. I really like the place since I moved in January 2025.
