Verified Renter The Dakota was one of the best apartment groups I found when looking around Raleigh. The pictures online are very nice, and the apartments/clubhouse/grounds look as good in person as in photos. The 1-bedroom apartment I'm in is in great shape, has good space in each room, and all the amenities I was looking for. Verified Renter It has been great with prompt maintenance service and the pools brings back Mexico memories. I have also really enjoyed the spacious layouts of one bed apartment with ample space to walk around in the evenings outside.

Verified Renter No issues outside of the walls feeling thin at times. Responsive maintenance and helpful office staff. I currently split rent with my partner in a one bed one bath, which makes the price worth it.
