Verified Renter The Dakota is a great place to live. The apartments and amenities are high quality. The location is wonderful. 10 minutes from downtown Raleigh, 10 minutes from downtown Cary, and 10 minutes from the airport.

Verified Renter I have lived in the apartment for almost five months and I can honestly say this is the best apartment living experience I have had. The staff is extremely friendly and keeps the community up to date. I have had a couple of maintenance issues and they have had people come out to fix it right away.

Verified Renter Found the apartment online when looking int he west Raleigh areas. Overall, great neighborhood, nice appliances, and amenities. Complex is very clean with appropriate gardening and landscaping thats gives a comfortable Raleigh fee. Walking distance to PNC and NC State Football arena. Friendly staff members on site to help with any questions or issues.

Verified Renter I’m loving it here so far! The apartment itself is beautiful and gets so much natural sunlight. The outdoor areas are beautifully landscaped and clean and there are lots of places to walk!

Great location Clean and well maintained facility, maintenance staff friendly and efficient. Pretty quiet and great access to PNC arena area within 1 mile walking distance. This is primarily a young persons community with many dogs. If you are older you may want to look elsewhere. Property management staff could be friendlier. There seems to be a high turnover with them.
Verified Renter We just recently moved into the Dakota and so far its been a good experience. The place is very modern and close to the PNC arena, which is a big plus for us. The overall community as a whole is fairly younger adult focused (I believe there are some NC State students). The rent is a reasonable price for what you are getting. As long as it continues to be well maintained and requests are adequately taken care of, I believe this is a good place to live.
