Maintenace I really enjoy living at this complex. The complex is quiet and the view from my balcony is unbeatable. This location is close to many things. The only downfall is maintenance - I made a request and it still hasn't been looked at (it's been about 3-4 days). The maintenance guy called me, and I called right back only to not get in touch due to the front office not picking up the phone and then telling my fiancé that he couldn't talk to maintenance about anything even though I gave permission to enter the apartment.... read more

Verified Renter The Dakota is a great community with very friendly and attentive staff. The community is well kept and maintained. The location is wonderful for events and access to highways to move throughout the triangle.

Unsafe Community Tl;dr: The community is generally not safe and management does not care. What good are amenities etc. when you aren't safe? Since I moved here over the summer, there have been several car break-ins, and reports of apartment break-ins. Following these events, management does absolutely nothing. No mention of security, cameras, additional action taken to ensure resident safety and property protection.
