Verified Renter Great place to live! The staff has been very helpful and responsive. The apartment is beautiful and the rooms have lots of space. The one thing that could be better is to have more resident parking because it can be hard to get a spot.

Verified Renter I love the dakota, and happy i resigned my lease. the amenities are great, and maintenance is always willing to help and always so nice. The pool is great, and love that there are so many young professionals in the buidling.

Verified Renter The Dakota has been amazing for my roommates and I! The staff is always friendly and takes care of any issues we have as soon as possible! The amenities are also amazing!
Verified Renter Smoke free community yet every time I walk around the complex it smells like weed and cigarette smoke. Dog park isn’t up to date and people never pick up the dog poop in there. Amenities are ok but not great. The complex is quiet which is great.

Verified Renter Only lived here for a couple of weeks but already leagues above every other place I've lived! Leasing agents were so super helpful and the valet trash is amazing. Love the gym and am so excited to check out the pool!
