Verified Renter Community has some serious noise issues at the pool and in the apartments. Paper thin walls and lack of soundproofing really irritate when rent is higher and you picked community due to its good impression.

Verified Renter I love the Dakota! I moved in a few weeks ago. All the staff from the leasing and community managers to the maintenance are beyond friendly and willing to help. The inside of the apartments are gorgeous and the amenities here are plentiful. There are so many things to love about this place.

Verified Renter My husband and I moved to Raleigh last summer and chose the Dakota as our home and we are so glad we did! Everyone here is so friendly, the grounds and apartments themselves are well maintained, clean, and updated. They are dog friendly as well and have a cute dog park and plenty of green space and sidewalks for physical activity. The only reason we'd ever leave is if we buy a house! Can't recommend the Dakota enough.

Love living here! Have lived here for almost a year and love it! Great amenities, staff is helpful and friendly and maintenance is super responsive. Also love when they have food trucks at least once a month.

My favorite apartment! We have absolutely LOVED the past year living at The Dakota. We moved early in the pandemic, so apartment communities were not doing in person tours. The team was super helpful in helping us choose an apartment that we did not even get to see in person first. When we were up for renewal, I wanted to switch to an apartment that had a bit more sunlight, and again, the team answered all the questions I had to make the transfer an easy process! Live here!! I wanted to live at the Dakota for a long time before finally getting a unit in September, and I'm so glad I did! The property is lovely, and my dog loves seeing other dogs around the area. Definitely recommend. I have a 2x2 and I love it.
