Love living here! Have lived here for almost a year and love it! Great amenities, staff is helpful and friendly and maintenance is super responsive. Also love when they have food trucks at least once a month.

My favorite apartment! We have absolutely LOVED the past year living at The Dakota. We moved early in the pandemic, so apartment communities were not doing in person tours. The team was super helpful in helping us choose an apartment that we did not even get to see in person first. When we were up for renewal, I wanted to switch to an apartment that had a bit more sunlight, and again, the team answered all the questions I had to make the transfer an easy process! Live here!! I wanted to live at the Dakota for a long time before finally getting a unit in September, and I'm so glad I did! The property is lovely, and my dog loves seeing other dogs around the area. Definitely recommend. I have a 2x2 and I love it.

Verified Renter The Dakota has been one of my favorite apartments that I've lived in so far. The actual apartment is very large and the layout gave us a lot of space that I wasn't expecting. The leasing office has been very friendly and helpful. The only negative thing I've experienced is the noise level. We've had to deal with noise from a neighbor playing loud music constantly and noise from barking dogs.
