Verified Renter The Dakota is a great place to live. There are a few things that could use some work but for the most part I am happy with the staff and I love my apartment. It is a great space for a good price.

Verified Renter Parking situation is egregious. Not enough spots for residents, but makes dozens of visitor spots and residents can park on side streets not well lit at all
Verified Renter The Dakota is a great place to live and to call home. The ammenities are top notch and the buildings and the grounds are very well maintained. The staff is more like family and are always extremely courteous and helpful. If there is ever an issue, it is dealt with immediately. I made the right choice selecting The Dakota as my home.
