Verified Renter We love the Dakota! Any maintenance issues have been fixed the day that we've submitted a request, everyone we meet is super friendly, lots of dogs here (good dog park), updated appliances and granite counter tops - we're so happy we live at the dakota!

Moving during a pandemic should have been stressful, but they made it painless and stress free. From food trucks to complimentary goodies and workout classes, I could not be happier with my decision to live here!
