Verified Renter I've loved living at the Dakota. The value is really the best for the location, amenities, and apartment itself. My favorite thing about my apartment is the modern and spacious kitchen. I've always felt safe here. Nothing has ever bothered me or my packages!

The community is well taken care of and you can tell they really listen to residents' thoughts and opinions, especially related to resident events. Verified Renter I love it here. The amenities feel like you're at a resort - the pool, gym and study space is gorgeous and the coffee machine is amazing. My favorite thing about my apartment is how much I love my kitchen, it's so nice! The staff are friendly and always willing to help. They correct any mistakes immediately.
