Verified Renter So far, the team has been fantastic. Parker gave me the tour of the apartment and provided me with all the information I needed, from valet trash schedule to how old the appliances were. They are all very kind and personable, and made sure I had all my needs met before moving in. The apartment was very clean upon move in, the appliances are new, and the floors are beautiful. The community is quiet and safe, and it is located at a great location!

Verified Renter I live on the Ground floor and the apartment feels humid in my room and we just had a leak from above us which caused my wall and Carpet to have to be removed and no one told me this meant I would need to find a place to sleep for like six nights however the complex responded very quickly to this problem….. also there is a like thumping noise in my bathroom wall and it’s only a few times a day but it wakes me up at night and in the morning and I have no idea what that could be

Verified Renter Amazing apartment complex, lots of perks and nicely maintained. The layouts are great & wonderful amenities. The maintenance staff is so helpful & the office staff is very nice. My only reason for one less star is because of the awfully loud and rude upstairs neighbors I have. I have notified the office several times about the issue and left a voicemail for the curtesy officer and nothing has been done.
