Verified Renter Had problems in my apartment such as a lack of water pressure and and the problems were quickly and kindly solved with a couple hours! Club house is awesome and staff is amazing

Verified Renter It has been great with prompt maintenance service and the pools brings back Mexico memories. I have also really enjoyed the spacious layouts of one bed apartment with ample space to walk around in the evenings outside.

Verified Renter No issues outside of the walls feeling thin at times. Responsive maintenance and helpful office staff. I currently split rent with my partner in a one bed one bath, which makes the price worth it.
Verified Renter The Dakota so far has been full of surprises with just how much better they can get. Every day it seems like there is something more that they offer as you explore the amenities. But also, the people are extremely friendly, whether it's the staff whose customer service is incredible and very personable, or the residents who live here. It seems like everyone gets along well.

Verified Renter parking is horrendous but place is nice. would be nice to have more pool chairs and weights in the gym. also outdoor stairs and hallways are pretty dirty and don’t get cleaned unless a work order is put in
