Verified Renter I’ve been living at The Dakota since 2017 and truly enjoy calling it home. While the walls are a bit thin and I’ve had a few noisy neighbors over the years, the positives far outweigh the negatives. The staff are friendly and responsive, and the grounds are always beautifully maintained. It’s a well-managed community that I’m happy to be part of.
Verified Renter We absolutely love the apartment as well as the amenities and safety. Our only grievance so far is parking. We have the worst time finding parking after 5 pm and after dark, forget about it.

Verified Renter Me and my roommates enjoyed living here. Pretty quiet overall. Parking can sometimes be troublesome, manageable, but if you get back later in the evening you might have a little walk to get back to your building. Maintenance has been great. Any issues were resolved within 24 hours.

Verified Renter I’ve lived here for 3 years and love it here! The staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is incredible and prompt! The community is well kept and has wonderful perks! The apartments are up to date on appliances- stainless steel and granite counters. Love the Dakota!

Verified Renter Appreciated the updates to the complex, landscaping is pretty too. Accepting of pets-- I know a tenant who has four in her unit!! Maintenance is always on top of everything, no service requests lasts in my portal for no more than 24 hours, so efficient!!
