Verified Renter I’ve had a great time at The Dakota! The commodities and the community make the Dakota an amazing experience. I would recommend a person of any family size to stay at the Dakota.

Verified Renter The community is full of kind and respectful neighbors. The grounds are well-managed and my maintenance requests have all been assessed with quickness and care. It seems like there is always something to do in the area.

Verified Renter No rent specials or incentives for existing residents. They took down a great community portal so the community side is very lacking because you can't post like before. Management is also meh at best. Great apartments otherwise.
