Verified Renter The community is full of kind and respectful neighbors. The grounds are well-managed and my maintenance requests have all been assessed with quickness and care. It seems like there is always something to do in the area.

Verified Renter Great apartment and the staff are great, but parking anytime after 7 near your building is a rare find, and trash piles up fast on weekends.

Verified Renter No rent specials or incentives for existing residents. They took down a great community portal so the community side is very lacking because you can't post like before. Management is also meh at best. Great apartments otherwise.

Verified Renter If I could rate the maintenance team ten stars, I would! I have absolutely loved living here for the past three years. The units are beautiful and make me feel at home.
Verified Renter Not bad, but there are other new complexes that offer more for the same price. The Dakota is fine but has multiple little annoyances such as weak WiFi in the common areas, pool issues, and package locker issues.
