Verified Renter Just moved in, but so far it’s been great! Everyone is very nice! Parker in the leasing office was great. I love the space and the location!
Verified Renter Honestly it’s a pretty good place to live. It’s super quiet and not a lot of nonsense. My only grievance is parking. I would recommend to a friend.

Verified Renter It has been great so far. The apartment and amenities are very nice and clean. The staff has been great and very helpful. Overall I am loving it here. Parking has been good, however, some people do have boats and traliers parked in the vistitor spots so that is a little annyoing when we have guest over.

Verified Renter Everyone was very welcoming and promptly assisting with every problem I had in the apartment! I love the surroundings of the complex, the pool, the gym the free spaces to study and have coffee or tea. The housekeeping people are the kindest.
Verified Renter I love this community. Our neighbors are great, the leasing office staff is great, and maintenance is incredible and incredibly fast. I really don’t have any complaints except that one of my neighbors gets pretty loud a couple times a week, but it’s an apartment so I expect that!! I’m very happy here.

Verified Renter Heat amenities and good place to live. I’ve been here for 2 years and I’ve never had an issue. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else! 10/10 recommend living at the Dakota
Verified Renter Have been here for four years and mostly enjoyed my time. The maintenance staff is absolutely phenomenal. The amenities are decent. Parking and noise can be frustrating as well as the smell of marijuana
