Verified Renter A really nice neighborhood and a building that started out nice but not enough effort is put into upkeep. On multiple occasions I’ve had to wait several days for urgent maintenance issues (AC broken, toilet not functioning, etc).

Fabulous!!! The vibe at The Channel is fantastic. Open air movie nights with popcorn, hanging out around the pool, free yoga, zumba and HIT classes weekly build a friendly community. Splendid location, with a wide variety of quick work-from-home lunch options ($7 falafel bowl, fish market clam chowder, Shake Shack downstairs etc). Building is falling apart AC doesn't work, only half the elevators work, communal water bill, roaches -- Stay away and find a place elsewhere.

Verified Renter Beautiful building with amazing amenities but policies regarding their use can sometime feel overly restrictive and work orders are slow to resolve, if resolved at all. Rent is expensive but generally worth it, location plus building events are fun and extensive.

Verified Renter My apartment is above the Anthem theater. So, every night there's a concert the floor in my unit vibrates. The vibrations are so severe that my furniture rattles. I've asked to transfer units and haven't had any substantial assistance from the leasing office.

Verified Renter The Channel which is advertised as a luxury property has deteriorated over the last six years. 1. The compactors emit smells like a garbage dump that permeate the hallways 2. Blair Alley smells like the back of a garbage truck and it’s unpleasant to walk down. I have no idea why that garbage collection areas can’t be sprayed down on a daily basis to prevent this occurrence 3.
