Awesome staff, great neighbors, fantastic places to eat and endless amount of fun & things to do! If you simply love relaxing at the poolside with the perfect breeze or expressing yourself at karaoke. The Channel is the place to be. There’s truly something to do for all ages. I definitely recommend living at The Channel if you are looking for a place to live with a resort vibe and a family atmosphere.

Verified Renter I love the convenience of living here. I’m close to everything and the amenities in the building are a nice plus! There are reside events that happen almost every week which is a nice way to get to meet new people. So if you are new to the DC area, I highly recommend this building.

Verified Renter I’ve been here for six months now and I don’t really have any complaints. Staff is amazing and the building is very well kept. Neighborhood is awesome and I love that I don’t hear any of the outside noise through closed windows.
