Verified Renter The building staff does a great job at creating a sense of community at The Channel. The fireside chats, Movie Nights, and othet themed events all allow residents to mingle with one another. The other amenities in the building are up to date and well maintained.

Verified Renter Overall the staff is amazing. Very kind neighbors. Property is surprisingly quiet for it to be located on one of the hotspots of DC. This is my first apartment, I’ve been here for 3 months and I’m very satisfied so far.

From my interactions with the leasing agent (thanks Sam!) to the concierge desk, and the cleaning/maintenance staff, everyone has been really lovely. I have friendly neighbors, a beautiful view, wonderful neighborhood to walk through, with great restaurants, and a community with terrific amenities!
