Verified Renter The staff has been so kind! I am appreciative of how much they helped in transitioning into a new apartment. It was seamless! The only thing I wish is that there is free or cheaper parking for our guests to visit.

Verified Renter It’s a nice facility and the neighborhood is incredible but upkeep is sometimes lacking. Not sure it is worth what they are charging these days. Glad I locked in a lower rate.

Verified Renter The building staff does a great job at creating a sense of community at The Channel. The fireside chats, Movie Nights, and othet themed events all allow residents to mingle with one another. The other amenities in the building are up to date and well maintained.

Everyday I take a few minutes to think about our priceless moments over the last two years! Even though it’s been almost two years, everyday continues to have a vacation resort feeling.
